Get to know the Experienced Dentist Managing Our Dental Offices

Dr. Duong graduated from UCLA with a bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering (1985) and went on to earn his doctor of dental surgery degree from USC School of Dentistry (1989), where he graduated top 5% of his class.

He received numerous honorary awards for his outstanding performance in the doctoral program.

His postdoctoral training include:
1992 - Dentsply Surgical and Prosthetic Program for Dental Implants.
1995 - Completed the 3rd year Advanced Program in Straight Wire Orthodontic.
2007 - Completed program in advanced bone grafting for esthetic dental implants.
2009 - Completed the Advanced Surgical and Prosthetic Techniques in Bicon Dental Implants.
2011 - Completed the new program in oral sedation techniques.
2022- Our office achieved Gold Status as an Invisalign provider.

Dr. Duong believes continuing education is an essential part of providing his patients with the best that dentistry has to offer.

Dr. Duong and his wife share three daughters and one son. On any given weekend, Dr. Duong enjoys either surfing, golfing, hiking, sailing, kiteboarding, snowboarding, or cooking together with his family.

Working with Dr. Duong are highly trained, caring staff dedicated to making your dental care a satisfying and low-stress experience. Caroline Ausgburger is our office manager. She can help you with all sources of logistical issues, i.e., appointments, billings, insurance, etc.

Working to help Caroline manage our second office in Los Alamitos is Giselle Fernandez. We also have Nicole Monte and Elma Miller for general office assistance. Assisting Dr. Duong in the operatories are Julie Ruiz and Ly Ngo.
